Linewell is a key software enterprise in the national planning and layout, a key high-tech enterprise in the national torch plan, and an excellent enterprise in e-government solutions and application software in China. Linewell Building consists of three buildings, with a total construction area of 95,978.74 square meters. It is a landmark building in Donghai District of Quanzhou, with a total power consumption capacity of 6550 kVA.

We undertook the general contracting for the design, construction and power transmission of the power distribution project. The LV power supply project involves three buildings and basements. The power supply project for 1# and 3# buildings was delivered and put into use on June 20, 2014.
