The IDT800plus intelligent distribution management terminal (DTU) is a new product designed to meet the automation system requirements of indoor and outdoor ring main units, switchgear, and compact substations in the power distribution network. The IDT800plus adopts a modular design concept, integrating DTU, communication management, battery management, line loss collection, and information security, to meet the requirements of primary and secondary integration. The IDT800plus power distribution management terminal, capable of being centrally installed in a dedicated cabinet or on the door panel of a low voltage compartment of high-voltage PT modulel, or installed together with other terminals in specific cabinet , operates alongside power distribution automation master and substation systems. It enables fault monitoring, fault area positioning, non-fault area isolation, and power restoration, thereby ensuring the reliability and safety of the power grid.
