Project site: No.1801 Huandao East Road, Siming District, Xiamen, Fujian

Xiamen CALB Zijin Plaza, the CBD financial area on both sides of Xiamen, is the headquarters in Haixi area jointly developed by CALB, a central enterprise, and Zijin, a state-owned enterprise (both the world's top 500 enterprises). The plaza was listed as a key construction project of Fujian and Xiamen in 2012. Xiamen CALB Zijin Plaza has a total investment of about CNY3 billion, with a total land area of more than 40,000 square meters and a floor area of 215,000 square meters. In the project, it is planned to construct Rainbow Dreams-on Shopping Mall, a flagship store of Rainbow in Haixi area, a five-star hotel, Xintiandi Commercial Street and two super-high-rise 5A Grade A office buildings with panoramic sea view, the only building in Fujina that obtained LEED Gold Level certification and National Three-Star Green Building certification, which will be a landmark high-end commercial complex in Xiamen after completion. The plaza is scheduled to be completed and accepted in 2015.

It is equipped with a switching station, a main distribution room and seven sub-distribution rooms. We undertook the equipment supply and commissioning of the power project, which was delivered in February 2015.
