Project site: Guanyinshan, Xiamen

Joeone Operation Center, with a total investment of about CNY300 million, covers a floor area of more than 61,000 square meters and has a height of 122 m and 33 floors in total. It stands side by side in the first row of Guanyinshan near the sea with the high-end office buildings of seven enterprises: Septwolves, Erke, Anta, Tianshou, Xtep, Kangli and RXS.

The power distribution room of the center is located on the first floor underground, with a power consumption of 5700 kVA. We undertook the general contracting of the project from equipment supply, construction and power transmission. The project was delivered in April 2013.
