Project site: Guanyinshan, Xiamen

RXS Operation Center has a floor area of 48,000 m², with 23 floors in total, and the first row Grade A office buildings with sea view faces Jinmen Island across the sea. It neighbors the International Convention and Exhibition Center, International Tennis Center, International Yacht Club, and Software Park II.

The power distribution room of the center is located on the first floor underground, with a power consumption of 4500 kVA. We undertook the general contracting of the project from equipment supply, construction and power transmission, that is, this was a "turnkey" project. The project was delivered in May 2012.
